At Abbott Laboratories she led enterprise programs across seven global divisions, earning both a Presidential and CIO Award for implementations that generated measurable value at Fortune 103 scale. At GE Healthcare she reduced operational costs by $70 million annually and was awarded a U.S. Patent for a proprietary commercial pricing tool. At Xellia Pharmaceuticals she built an entire commercial technology infrastructure from zero across 80 countries.
Her expertise spans CRM, CLM, ERP, and Commercial Operations platforms across pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, and industrial sectors. She has led Tier 1 vendor ecosystems including PwC, Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, Cognizant, and Capgemini. She holds certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Scrum Master, and Change Management Practitioner.
